All Ghostwave products are made to order through our third-party production partners.

 

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days before shipment. Processing times may vary during high-volume periods, holidays, or product launches.

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

 

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times begin after production is complete:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

 

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, customs processing, or peak seasons.

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.


 

Multiple Shipments

Because items may be produced at different facilities, your order may arrive in separate packages.


 

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Ghostwave is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


 

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, Ghostwave is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages marked as delivered.


If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us at hello@theghostwave.com and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.


 

International Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country.
