How Orders Are Fulfilled

Ghostwave brings together original designs made on demand and selected goods from partner brands. Depending on the item, your order may be produced or shipped by one of our production or fulfillment partners.

Processing & Dispatch

Processing time varies by product and partner. Any product-specific processing estimate shown on the product page applies to that item. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. If you need an item by a particular date, contact hello@theghostwave.com before ordering.

If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will contact you with an updated estimate and your cancellation/refund options, as required by applicable law.

Shipping Times

Transit time varies by destination, carrier and shipping method. Any dates or timeframes shown on a product page or at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier issues, weather, customs processing and peak seasons can cause delays.

Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout for your items and destination.

Multiple Shipments

Items from different production or fulfillment partners may ship separately and arrive on different days. Your order may have more than one tracking number. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Ghostwave is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, Ghostwave is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages marked as delivered.

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us at hello@theghostwave.com and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

International Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country.
